Jacques Brouillette

As
President and CEO, Jacques Brouillette
supervises all the activities of the company and
closely manages the growth strategy of the
group. He also participates in most of the
large-scale high-tech files, as much at the
level of biotechnology as with information
technology or venture capital companies. As
well, he has developed a special expertise in
directors and officers insurance.
Mr. Brouillette's main goal is to insure that
the company, through the quality of its client
service, differentiates itself strongly from
other brokerages. To this end, he works
tirelessly to redefine the service standards in
the industry within his company.

Stephane
Gaouette is the president of DECIMAL which
combines innovative technology-based solutions
with consulting services in corporate
performance management. Bringing near 20 years
of successful experience in cost management,
business process optimization and project
management, Stephane lead a number of M&A
transactions. Among other things, he lead the
acquisition of the assets of Amadeus
International Inc. in 2008, a public based
company, and he also played a strategic role in
managing the sale of operating assets from a
DECIMAL's division to an American corporation in
2009. With an extensive knowledge of legal and
tax aspects of these kind of transactions,
Stephane has successfully managed many national
and international partnerships.
Andy
Kulakowski
CEO Speedware
Mr.
Kulakowski is the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Speedware and is responsible for
setting corporate goals while contributing to
establish Speedware as a leading software and
services provider in the IT modernization
market.
Mr. Kulakowski brings over 28 years of
leadership experience to Speedware. In his 23
years at Speedware, he has held a series of
senior positions in customer services and call
center management, including Vice President of
Customer Support and Product Services and Chief
Operating Officer.
Bernard Anzarouth
Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions Constellation Software Inc.
Mr. Anzarouth joined CSI in 1995. He works
closely with our VMS businesses to identify and
pursue opportunities for platform and tuck-in
acquisitions and to establish licensing or
distribution arrangements. Before joining CSI,
Mr. Anzarouth was AVP Business Development for
Ascom Inc., a Swiss-based technology corporation
from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that Mr. Anzarouth
held various positions with IBM. Mr. Anzarouth
holds a B.Eng. in Electrical/Computer
Engineering from McGill University and an MBA
from the European Institute of Business
Administration (INSEAD).
Leonard Gold

Leonard
M. Gold is the Managing Director of Burns &
Levinson Canada and a Partner in Burns &
Levinson LLP. He is the Chair of the Canada
practice and a member of the Bankruptcy,
Corporate, International, Finance, Intellectual
Property/SciTech and Life Sciences Groups. He
provides cross-border assistance to Canadian
companies seeking to develop operations in the
United States and to U.S. companies wishing to
establish a presence in Canada. He has lectured
to Canadian entrepreneurs on doing business in
the United States, including accessing the
financial market and corporate formation. Mr.
Gold also works with trade organizations in both
countries to facilitate trade missions.
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson Canada he was
a principal in the law firm of Lakin, Solomon &
Gold, P.A and was Vice President, Financial
Institutions and Government Relations for the
Canadian consulting entity of Gabel
International. In both of these roles, Mr. Gold
was instrumental in organizing seminars,
workshops and conferences that facilitated the
introduction of U.S. businesses to investment
opportunities in Canada.
In addition to his U.S./Canada relations
practice, he has extensive experience in the
practice of bankruptcy and insolvency. He has
special expertise in assisting multinational
companies on the impact of United States
bankruptcy law, with emphasis on Canada.
Mr. Gold is licensed to practice before the
Massachusetts and New York state bars, as well
as the Federal Courts of those jurisdictions. He
earned an LL.M. degree from Washington
University School of Law, a J.D. from Hofstra
University School of Law, and a B.A. from Clark
University.

Pascal Britt-Côté

Pascal
Britt-Cote is responsible for strategizing and
executing business development initiatives that
are critical to the fulfillment of the ICT
market. He also plays a role in managing the
relationships with the various industry
associations across Canada. Before joining the
ICT Team, Pascal was managing a portfolio of
small business clients as a Account Manager for
the Small Business Solution team within EDC.
Pascal was also engaged in outreach activities
in the Ottawa region. He developed and managed
relationships with a variety of business
associations, bank managers, and government
organizations on behalf of EDC’s Small Business
Solutions team.
Michael Krueger, Kirchner
Group
Michael has 20
years of operational and transactional
experience in venture backed high-growth
companies where he built world-class teams and
led organizations from early stage to IPO.
Most recently, he was President and CEO of
Jobflash a workforce management company where he
was instrumental in a restructuring the company
to significantly reduce operating cost, increase
recurring revenue, and raise capital (equity and
debt) under challenging circumstances. Michael
was also responsible for the sale of JobFlash to
a public company in the same space.
Before JobFlash he was President and CEO of
BuildPoint, a leading provider of on-demand
software in the commercial construction market.
Under his leadership he executed a successful
turnaround plan, which included a debt reduction
strategy, revised marketing plan, and an OEM
partner strategy. Michael was responsible for
negotiating the successful sale of the company.
Michael has assisted several early stage
software companies in developing business and
financial plans, creating go-to-market
strategies, securing early customers and raising
venture capital. As a growth strategy to IPO
Michael has participated in several buy-side
acquisitions.
Early in his career he developed extensive
experience in sales management and vendor and
strategic partner negotiations where he achieved
exponential sales growth that moved two
companies from startup to IPO.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Computer Science from the Arizona State
University. He is a volunteer at the Breast
Cancer Fund where he received the Strong Voice
Award from the California Lieutenant Governor.
He is currently active in a variety of
community, environmental and leadership programs
